Those are actually suprisingly good, I haven't seen somebody from these parts who's willing to take the risk and mess around with the lineart to the degree you have. Although it does leave an undefined impression in most parts, the rest of them are pretty good, and your use of colour is quite impressive.

I'd have to say that your Shikamaru double is your best one so far, and Deidara's dragon has really vivid colours which I tend to favour when I look at colourings. However I would probably desaturate it just a tiny smidge so the colours retain their impact but make it feel more realistic. You're well on the right road to being a legendary artist so keep practising and you'll be right up there in no time.

Wooow thanks a lot for the comments Reaver. Thats the first time anyone has ever analysed my work llike that. It feels good to know that yur work is appreciated and that its not being done in vain.

Shika's double and Deidera's dragon pics i did put a fair amount of work in them, and they are actually milestones in my work as they were both experiments that turned out good, and since then i've adopted certain styles shown in those pics.

Here's another one for the gallery, this is probably an improvement again even though it was a bit hurried -

Wow. Just plain wow when I look at the Deidara and Tobi with the C2 Dragon pic. The colours are so bright and it just looks plain awesome. Some parts of the picture are a little blury (probably because there isn't any real line art in those areas) so maybe putting a layer of lineart (in multiply or whatever it was in the Zarosaki tutorial) might improve it a little (I don't know how that would turn out though).

Your Itachi pic looks sweet. The mist around his feet is really well done. I think you just need to work on the clouds in the background.

Shikamaru with Asuma's ghost is awesome, I can't say anything that'll really help you..

Oh, and that Sakura pic. Did you colour a scene from the new Shippuuden credits? Because I think that's what she was wearing in those credits and I haven't seen her wearing anything like that in any of the scenes in the manga (Unless you did both the colouring and the drawing).

Hmm, these are good. Good coloring, with some good effects (Mainly on the hair and smoke, though). I'd suggest trying to get a bit more shading in than what you've got, but otherwise, it's good.

Thank you both for your comments as well. The sakura picture was indeed ripped from the endings of the shippudden scenes, cropped, cleaned a bit then coloured.

As for the clouds in the itachi pic i confess myself getting a bit fed up with the picture, happens from time to time lol

oh and the c2 dragon pic had to be a little blurry because there wasnt a clean of this page so i kinda had to do it as i went along colouring stuff, so the lines were a bit jagged.

Just was soo tempting to colour....a bit substandard in my opinion, but i was really attempting to improve my speed, rather than the quality, trying to find that perfect balance...lol
