Seeing in CH364 that another Sharingan exists is totaly crazy, but I fucking want the to know who Toby really is.I made a list of possibilities which according to me could bring the answer of this qestion.
1:Uchiha Madara himself
2:A reincarnation of Uchiha Madara
3:Some guy who killed Uchiha Madara and ripped out his Sharingan
4:A "normal" Uchiha clan member
5:Uchiha Obito

To 1,2:I don't really think so, cause Kishimoto would have
given Tobi/Madara a stronger Sharingan,like Mangakyou.
To 3:Killing Uchiha Madara is that possible? Hard to believe
cause also the Kyuubi fears the Sharingan after meeting
Uchiha Madara.(CH309)
To 4:It simply seems a little bit to easy.
To 5:It's the solution I would like to prefer.Maby Obito's
Sharingan was saved by a whole in the rock, that smashed
him. And Tobi/Obito only shows his left Sharingan cause
Kakashi has the right one. And the hairstyle would fit too.
Thats the way I could believe you'll get to know
about Tobi being Obito:
Kakashi gets seperated from his squad.Then walking
through the forest there's

In the next picture you see Tobi standing in front
of Kakashi performing the Chidori.
Tobi:So, Kakashi-san long time no see. Now it's
time to get back what belongs to me.

Important: -1,2,4,5 could be disproved by Tobi showing a
forheadprotector not from the leaf.

otherwhise Itachi may have already killed him cause
he knows tha tobi has the Sharingan
-If Tobi is Uchiha Madara it is a little bit confusing that
Tobi/Madara is so obedient towards Deidra

Err, for chapter 364, it all depends on what translation you read, I read the one that went like "Pretty soon all will be as it should, I'll have the true sharingan, Uchiha Madara's power." (It went something like that)

So that lead me to believe that Obito is power crazy and he wants to fully activate his sharingan through Sasuke somehow, but I think Itachi will object to that, he still has feelings for his brother.

Tobi is a good boy.

Tobi is Uchiha Madara, and the only ones that know that is Itachi, Pain, and is team partner. He already has the mangekyou, and itachi has it too, and he is wating for sasuke...why?? well i don't really know but i think we will find out. He was just acting for deidara.

I dun think Tobi is Madara, but in this chapter Tobi was standing behind Itachi in the cave, I think they might double team capture Sasuke.

Whoever he is, tobi seems really cool, and a force to be reckoned with if even the ultra cool Pein obeys him.
