I am interested in coloring manga. What should I use to do that? Are there any free ones?

Adobe Photoshop. Get the newest version. There's a trial on http://www.adobe.com, but obviously getting the full version is better, by whichever doubtable methods and ethics you wish to take advantage of.

Then you'll just have to shell out $0 for GIMP, a photoediting software that doesnt rival adobe photoshop, but its pretty 'ok' for coloring stuff as far as i remember.

However i'd say using photoshop to colour would have major advantages, especially when reading tutorials which are usually photoshop oriented. So...its yur choice buddy. If you gain access to a photoshop software by mistake, coincidence or another other mehtod, questionable or elsewise , feel free to come back here for help getting started.
