We're obviously constantly looking for new talent to join our crew. Especially we're looking for shaders who can create nice pics on their own. But we would also like to see some people who have some basic understanding of how things work, are somewhat capable of making pics look decent and have the drive to improve.

Our standards are pretty high these days, so don't worry if you get some harsh criticism on your pics first time around. It doesn't mean that we hate you, it means that I hate you and they're just doing what I tell them to <3

However, if you are willing to dedicate your life in making the world more colorful, open your mouth here and you just may be joining us on our next project <3

I showed this on the IRC room, but I think most people were magically away when that happened, so here it is again, my submission!

I'm a bit more consistent/skilled at characters, this is honestly my first try at backgrounds, as well as fire and water...for the most part, besides the hands, everything here was something I had to learn while doing it. Overall I'm pleased with it, but it probably won't match the quality you guys are looking for (It reminds me of the older releases).

Anyways, here it is.

Hey guys! I'm new here.

I checked out your tutorial and decided to colour and already coloured page. I think I should have started off trying to colour a black and white one first but I like the page and I wanted to improve it.

So here it is. I've only coloured Naruto and Sasuke so far. I don't know if I'll do the rest (It's really hard and it doesn't look that good so far.)

I rushed Sasuke because it was 11:00pm and I had to get to sleep.

Maybe you should try and colour a page that's not already coloured so that we can actually see what your abilities are like and help you improve further.

Okay, I decided to colour the scene where Kabuto shows off his freaky eye. It was a lot faster and a hell of a lot easier for me. I had a bit of trouble with shading his cloak though.

Interesting. I can see from your hair shading that you have a basic grasp of where shadows should be cast, but I can clearly see now that you need to work a bit more on your colour bases, as they've shown the white outline around the lineart that we try so desperately to avoid. The cloak hasn't been coloured either, so maybe you should fix that up too. The skin colouring seems nice though, all you need is a darker tone for your skin colours and I reckon you'll be right.
